  • Newly constructed coastal cottage located in the Ocean Reef neighborhood. Fully furnished with coastal style decor that has plenty of space to accommodate your whole family. Located just minutes away from Rockport beach, multiple boat ramps, Port Aransas ferry and amazing restaurants with live entertainment. Great for family beach trips and awesome fishing trips. Enjoy neighborhood pool and boat wash.

Great Location, Gracious Hosts

We love the house and we always love travelling down to Rockport. Its a great location near great food, and a short drive for fishing or beach activities. We loved it.

It’s in the perfect area where you’re not in the middle of the city, but not too far either. Great communication from host, and absolute gorgeous house! We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean. There was work being done around the area but, that did not bother us it was still peaceful and nobody bothered us. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation

My faucets, their husbands and kids LOVED the place! Spacious, great safe location. Enjoyed the public pool, Beautifully decorated, great space. I slept with grandkids’ room on bottom bunk bed. Fun and memorable! Only complaint is that there are no chest of drawers anywhere so slightly hard to stay organized with just closets. Still, overall A+ for gorgeous place.

Weekend Getaway

The online pictures do not do this property justice AT ALL! The cottage is even more beautiful in person. The check in process was simple. Very clean and safe area. The beach was less than 5 minutes away. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this property :)
