Relax, Unwind, and Enjoy our beautiful coastal home that is walking distance to the beach. Our beautifully furnished Coastal Townhome sleeps up to 10 people and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Spacious 2 story open concept with 1/2 bath downstairs, 2 bath, 3 bedrooms upstairs. TV`s in every room, cable/wifi are included. BBQ grills throughout the complex and at the community heated salt water pool. 2 assigned parking spots outside the front door with additional parking on the street.

LIVING: This space has two comfortable sofas (3-seaters each) that convert into pull-out queen beds, and a cable Samsung TV. Both queen beds cannot be pulled out at the same time UNLESS guests move the two sofas further away from each other.

DINING/KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal: electric cooktop/oven, stainless steel fridge, keurig coffee maker AND regular coffee maker, blender, and 4-slice toaster oven. Oil/pepper/salt, pots/pans, utensils, dishware, and tupperware are also provided. The dining table comfortably seats at least 8 people.

BEDROOM 1 (MASTER; UPSTAIRS): This grey/white themed bedroom is located on the second floor and is decorated with bohemian accents, a queen bed, two nightstands, a connected patio with 2 wicker chairs + 1 wicker table, and an ensuite bathroom (`BATHROOM 1`). A Samsung cable TV and USB-charging reading lamps provide options for entertainment. Hangers and hamper are provided in the closet.

BEDROOM 2 (UPSTAIRS): This jungle-glam bedroom is decorated with accent banana leaf wallpaper, a white queen bed, one nightstand, and two gold reading lamps with adjustable arms. A Samsung cable TV, mirror, and console round out the room. Hangers and hamper are provided in the closet.

BEDROOM 3 (UPSTAIRS): This bunk bedroom features a double-over-double bunk bed and a `smart` nightstand with built-in USB and regular charging ports. A Samsung cable TV, art, and mirror round out the room. Hangers and hamper are provided in the closet.

GAME ROOM (UPSTAIRS): This room features two lounge chairs. A Samsung TV allows for entertaining the kids. This is a great place for board games!

BATHROOMS 1 AND 2: Both bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers and a walk-in shower. 1 bath towel per guest is provided for your stay, so please include the correct number of guests when booking the reservation. Additional wash cloths and hand towels are also provided in each bathroom.

You will have exclusive private access of our entire home. The pool area is part of the complex we are in so it is shared with other guests that are staying in the complex.

Padre Island is a narrow strip of island between the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Cristi. It has better beaches than Corpus Christi and Whitecap Beach, Schlitterbahn, and the National Seashore are all located on this strip of paradise. Aransas Pass is just a 20-25 minute drive north.

Golf carts, bicycles and/or a short walk provide access to many adventures and sight seeing opportunities. You can get anywhere on the island in 5-10 minutes. The beach is walking distance to the condo. Free public paved beach parking is a block away. Public showers and restrooms are located within the beach parking area.

There are no public transportation options on the island. We recommend using Lyft or Uber if you wish to go out without worrying about driving or parking.
