Good for beach activites

Place was nice and clean, we liked the dock for fishing and the proximity to the beach. The condo is very dog friendly as most of the long term residents seem to be dog owners. Two issues we had were the shower leaks as mentioned in other reviews and the bed mattress and pillows are well past their prime and you can feel the springs in your back and the pillows were flat..I think really just a mattress update and it’d be a five. Overall we were happy with it and would come back hopefully there’s a new mattress by then :)

This was a last minute booked, But so glad we found it! We had a great time and the location and space was great for us. Even better it accommodated our dog/baby Margo!! She had a blast as well!! Will definitely book again in the future!!!

Not horrible. The AC wasn't working properly. The filter looked like it hadn't been changed in years. It was quickly fixed thankfully. When it was time for bed we realized we didn't have any sheets for the pullout sofa. They were dropped off the next day. Could have been better.

Only problem with this condo was no bedding provided for sofa bed, master bedroom bed was very hard and uncomfortable and no instructions on how to lock condo with the combination door lock.

Wonder place,

First time at this unit but stayed at the proper a few time. For me it was comfy and simple. Has everything I'm looking for. Fishing in the backyard, pool and hot tube, and just a quarter mile is the beach. Best of all Laredo Taco Co. inside the Stripes gas station for breakfast tacos.

Everything you need for a short term stay in Corpus! Very clean, comfortable and safe. Great amenities, including all kitchen appliances, TV with streaming services and a great air conditioner! The pool was right outside, which was nice. The beach and shops were all very close. Perfect. My only regret is that I accidentally booked it for one night instead of two, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Good Location but awful neighbors and small property.

The condo was pretty small and every neighbor I saw was extremely rude to me and my dog. The dogs are allowed on the property and although he is a puppy and barks a little when I took him on walks, I was always trying my best to keep him quiet and stay respectful. I came back to my condo after 2 hours of being on our boat and there was a note on my door stating I left my dog all day and he has been barking all morning and afternoon. I’m not sure where these facts came from because they where completely false. So i tried to ignore them and go about my way. While I was in the pool the lady decided she wanted to come and yell at me(I am 18) screaming cuss words and all. I kept swimming and ignored her and she came out again with her dog and kept yelling. I know this is not completely the condos fault, but when reported nothing happened. Also, check in to this place is 4 in the afternoon, which is very surprising to me. Check out was also at 10 which meant even though we paid for 3 days we only had 2. When we arrived at 4:00, maybe 10 minutes early, but the room was still not done and the owner showed up unannounced with the new air vent at 4:20. The maids where extremely rude when she wasn’t done cleaning and I tried to come in MY condo that I rented, for almost a thousand dollars for 2 days if I might add. I like the location enough and it’s a cute condo! But the way me and my family where treated was unacceptable and we will not rent here ever again.

VRBO Experience

Was totally surprised of the location, was everything described on the website. Really nice to have the pier on the premise since we wanted to do some fishing. The bed and couch could be a little more comfortable but it would not deter from staying again. Will definitely be staying again.

The property was clean and as expected except the bed. It was so uncomfortable! I may as well have been sleeping on the floor. The second night my husband and I actually slept on the pull out couch. It was more comfortable.

For the price it’s worth it.

Clean and great location for the right price. Drawbacks are that the private dock is a wreck. None of the lights work and the decking is in desperate need of repair. Also be sure to bring trash bags and any/all condiments you need as you will find none of either inside.
