Short vacay

Went for a fishing trip. This place was very clean. The only thing i had an issue with was there wasn't a bbq pit as depicted in pictures. Minor issue. Other than that the stay was great. Very quiet and nice area.

Family getaway

House was clean and everyone slept comfortably. Only thing that was missing was a bbq pit but that was not a big issue. Bed sheets and towels were clean and I liked that the owner did supply extra beach towels and a nice map of the city with places marked to eat or entertainment

Sea Glass inn

This place was great. It is on a corner lot, quiet, with a large backyard. The house was very spacious. The living room was large, rooms and beds were comfy. We had a small water leak initially, but it was taken care of promptly and did not interfere with our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and will consider it again next time we are in Rockport.

I stayed here with a friend for two nights on a fishing trip. (YouBet Guide Service Captain Richard Coan) The house was super clean, modern and well appointed and we had way more room than we needed. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the house. It was great and being close to the harbor where we launched from was super convenient. Will book again when in Rockport.

Family fishing trip

The house was very nice and clean. It met our needs quite nicely. I love the fact that it was a very short trip to the Fulton pier and the house itself overlooked the bay area. There were lots of close restaurants in proximity to the house as well which was nice. Thank you to the owners and management company, we definitely enjoyed our trip.

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. We were there for a wedding. The house was supposed to have a pack-n-play for our granddaughter. It was not there when we arrived. I called and the manager went to Walmart and bought one. She delivered it to us while we attended the wedding. Thank you.

We really like the fact that the home was well supplied with dishes, utensils clean appliances and the AC unit worked great. This home was clean and in really good condition. There is plenty of parking some covered and a nice patio area downstairs. The front deck is really nice in the evening as there is no sunshine to deal with. All and all a really nice property. Little Gem

This house was perfect for our family. It sleeps 6 comfortably and is so cute! Super close to the harbor for our fishing trip and minutes from the beach and downtown Rockport. Quiet area with few neighbors! The inside of this house is exactly as the pictures! Nice little amenities like travel size toiletries in the bathrooms, laundry flings, dishwasher tablets and dishwasher soap. Super clean and felt like home while on vacay. I highly recommend this house for your family and we will be coming back for sure! 10 stars if I could! Thank you!

Sea Glass Inn - great location, roomy and clean, big back yard for dog

The Sea Glass Inn was amazing! It’s in a quiet, peaceful location with beautiful sunset views. We were just minutes from the galleries and restaurants in Rockport, and a short ferry ride away from the white sandy beaches of Port Aransas. While we usually stay in Port A for the beaches, we decided to try Rockport on this trip—and we’re so glad we did. We loved the birdwatching opportunities and are already planning a return visit in the winter to see even more migratory birds, including the Whooping Crane. The house had all the amenities we look for when traveling with a group. There was plenty of covered parking for our cars, a large backyard for our dog, and more than enough space for three couples. We especially enjoyed cooking together in the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend time in Rockport!

Fantastic Home

Roomy, clean, and well decorated. The view off the front porch was really nice. Enjoyed the concrete covered parking and outdoor furniture. However, there are 21 steps to this raised home without a landing. So, that could be a problem for some. A restroom would have been nice at ground level when hanging out below. Otherwise, fantastic!

Do not stay here if you are expecting to be near the ocean. The ocean view is inaccurate. Our view was of a couple dilapidated mobile homes.. one of which was undergoing loud construction for days. We found rockport beach which is actually more of a lake vibe. There are no beach like waves and jelly fish are EVERYWHERE. We had to find a local resident to tell us where to find the actual beach. We then had to drive to Aransas Pass and get into a ferry to get there. The home is nice. It is however covered in ants inside and out. When we called about it the manager text the next day and dropped off raid for us to treat the ants. I contemplated not reviewing at all because of these issues and also because the property is for sale ..i doubt the review will matter in a few weeks. Anyway. If you're looking for a family beach trip find a house closer to a beach. Not rockport beach

Although this home was ideal for my small family, it was conveniently located near essential amenities. The beach, grocery store, and restaurants were all within a short distance, and the surrounding area was both tranquil and picturesque. Despite the management’s assurances, the persistent bug infestation, including ants on countertops, floors, and even in the beds, severely disrupted my children’s sleep. Later that night, a flying bug problem also plagued my bed and walls. Unfortunately, the management was unable to resolve the bug issue due to a scheduling conflict.Furthermore, the lingering odor from the property, despite the smoking ban, was reminiscent of a home attempting to conceal the smoking smell. While the property is pet-friendly, it is important to note that pet hair is prevalent, as evidenced by the extensive presence on my baby’s face.I hope that the management will address the bug and odor issues for future guests.
