Great stay

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. It was just right for us and our fur babies. Nice big fenced yard and we could let them out without any worries, just watch out for a few stickers. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. The pool was perfect and nice on the days we didn’t want to go to the beach. We will definitely book again.

We love that the home is dog friendly and the pool was a treat to cool off in after a round of golf. The home inside Was clean and had plenty of pillows and bath towels. dishwasher needs to be mounted properly as it leans forward and the dishwasher drawers fall out and the dishes if you are not careful. The windows all seem to be little cloudy/dirty.

I give it 3 stars because there were lots of spiders and webs in the house, pool was very dirty. 2nd bathroom was leaking and stopped up. Overall, the home was clean and stocked.

Good place to stay for fishing

I'd say overall it was a great stay. Location, check in procedures, etc. However, there was an ant problem and our dogs would constantly get stickers from the yard.

Perfect Corpus Christi Stay

Our group were in Corpus for a guided fishing trip. We decided to stay here at the Saltbox for three nights, which ended up being a perfect house for the group. Great location - only a few minutes to the boat ramps. There is a large outdoor area great for cooking and grilling outside. Also plenty of parking. Inside of the house was clean and well taken care of. Will definitely be staying here again!

The pictures were misleading. The dryer didnt work. It had a window unit in one room. The pool was awful and dirty. There were also fleas and my husbamd and daughter have flea bites all over them.

First timer

I was a first time air-bnb client and might I say, it was an extremely non-stressful experience. Loved how it had an at home feeling, and not just a regular hotel stay. The main thing I loved was the washer and dryer. Having access to that and literally coming home with clean clothes was a game changer! The home was clean and welcoming. Kitchen fully stocked with items to cook with. Only thing we worried about was the deck. Can easily trip and fall.

The property size and layout were appropriate for our group. It was nice to have a private pool for the kids in the group to splash around. It was also very convenient to have the property fenced so that we could let our furry friends loose. The air condition worked well. Other than b these there were a number of things that needed fixing in the house. First, the wifi information that was shared through the property management company vacasa, was incorrect. We were without wifi for the first day (1/3rd of stay). One of the sinks was leaking and clogging. Effectively we were with one bathroom for 2 days of our stay. The main gate’s lock was broken and the gate could not be locked. All these were eventually fixed and the property management was responsive. However, I wish we did not have to deal with many texts and phone calls to sort these out.

Relaxing

We had a great time, the pool was a real plus for us. The property manager contacted me back quickly when we had a small issue. I gave this a 4 because the listing said there was a firepit, but it was not available, and the yard was full of sticker burs that got caught in our dogs paws everytime she went out in the yard. The property is 20 min from the aquarium and Lexington museum, and about 10 min from Whitecap Beach where we spent lots of time. HEB and Walmart are close if needed. We had a great week!
