Casa Del Mar is the beach getaway you've been dreaming of, with everything and more on your wish list. With nearly 2,000 square feet of living space and views overlooking the beautiful Las Palmeras community pool, this home offers true island-style accommodations at its finest.
One of the standout features of Casa Del Mar is the massive 30-foot-deep garage with a split A/C system, designed for nonstop fun. Spend your evenings playing ping pong, foosball, or darts, then head upstairs to relax in the comfortable, thoughtfully furnished living spaces. Nestled among palm trees, this three-bedroom, three-bath home is extraordinary inside and out and is just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, shops, and local island favorites.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• Choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
