The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wood trim over door fell off but we noticed they were replacing wood on that wing of condo just below us. We showed it to manager at check out and they acknowledged it and said they knew it was rotted.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay and good experience. Unit 301 needs help, ants in the kitchen on our food when we work up first morning. Tar on the floor and the blinds are totally worn out and lets light in and the neighbors see into the unit. Other than that good time.
