This unit is beautiful. You really feel the beach vibe with all the wonderful decor. I especially loved all the mermaid decorations. It is close to the beach - I walked to the beach several times. Plenty of towels were provided. Excellent WiFi service and the TV was fairly easy to operate.

It was peaceful, clean and adorable! The accommodations were just what we needed. The balcony was great and did not get evening sum. The only thing is we wish there was a deadbolt lock on the door for peace of mind. We would stay here again!

Great place for a weekend getaway. 1 block to the beach. Had an issue with the door code but called vacasa and they were very helpful and prompt. Pretty steep stairs but manageable. Room was very clean. It is an older building but very well maintained. Hot tub came in very handy since the weather was on the chilly damp side and since the pool is heated I even got in to do a few laps...

Close to beach, wetland, grocery. Many broken items, including washing machine, door, lock, ceiling fan, window, burned out light bulbs. Most were fixed by the time we left. Steep climb to third floor, especially with suitcases or groceries.

My family and I loved this stay. While it is small, it had everything we needed to cook meals and the sleeping accommodations were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean and had cute beach decor. My five and seven-year old shared the sofa bed, and the bed and the primary was just right. This is on the third floor, so keep it in mind that you’ll have to walk up three flights of stairs with your gear. The balcony was so nice and peaceful! You can’t see any of your other neighbors, and you have an obstructed view of the ocean! Beautiful! We would definitely rent this condo again. It is walking distance to the beach! The only hiccup was that we paid for late check out, and the cleaning service folks did not know that. They showed up at 10 o’clock and were confused as to why we were still in the condo.

First off I called the day before arrival to change our arrival dates and Vacasa refused even through no one had rented the property for the dates we needed to change to. Then when we arrived there was no electricity and we called and they were no help at all. I will not ever rent from Vacasa again as this is the third time we have and the third time we have had issues. I do not recommend.

Great location, well maintained and comfortable bed. Only complaints would be an uncomfortable sofa (cushions feeling worn out on top of sleeper bed below) and the dryer had a torn lint screen/catcher, which could potentially turn into a safety hazard.

Overall the property was good. Location was great. Having an air fryer would have been nice. Since we stay for a week, we cook most of our meals. That would have made it a little easier. Overall, it was pretty great.
