Sandfest

Great time as always. We have stayed here before and it's always great. This time we went to sandfest so no boat but when we take the boat it's easy parking

We would definitely recommend this home and this site.

This house was so charming. Perfect amount of sleeping areas for our group of 6 and it would have accommodated more. The only reason I would give this a 4 and not a 5 was due to some housekeeping issues, but I am sure they will be addressed. The home was clean, and completely stocked of all the necessities. We are hoping to book this home again soon.

Will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again! We started out with issues on the washer not starting and WIFI not connecting. I messaged customer service and they had someone come check it out and they were able to fix the issues within 30 minutes. Only bad thing was they only put 1 roll of toilet paper in each restroom. We were there 3 nights/4 days. There was a total of 8 of us.

House need much attention

The traffic noise at this location is tribble, walk on wood floors bear foot and you feet were black from dirty floor. Roaches in kitchen at night have pictures. Was given wrong info on wi Fi after trying info I was give we started wi Fi diagnostics. Would wi info on both of router and finally had wi Fi and tv service. Water faucet down stairs did not work. No lighting on stairway at night vey dangerous going up and down stairs. Will not be recommended this place to anyone .

Nice home could be cleaner

House was nice. Loved the open concept. Beds were clean and comfortable, even the bunk beds. Kitchen amenities good. Only negative is cleanliness. Rugs dirty and stained and they weren't high dollar rugs so replacing them shouldn't be an issue. Same for the hot pad/mit in the kitchen. Tell staff to clean light fixtures, fans, grills, etc.

So. Much. Fun.

We stayed here for 4 days. Even though it wasn’t as close to the beach as I would have liked, the view was nice. Also, restaurants and marina were super close. We loved the balcony. We spent much of our time there. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and seating space. The beds were sooooooooo soft and comfy! My kids loved the pool we were there as much as we possibly could be. Overall, 100% satisfied with our stay.

Thanksgiving was great!!

This house was great!! We came down from Wisconsin to visit our son in the Navy for the holiday! We checked in the day before Thanksgiving and checked out the day after. The check in process was super easy. The house was very clean when we arrived and much to my surprise it had almost all the kitchen stuff that was needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner! It was very comfortable, looked just like the pictures, and there was plenty of space for all 8 of us! Thanks for allowing time to visit and relax away from home! The only thing that surprised me was the view across the street but there is nothing you could do about that!

Wonderful house

This house was a great fit for our family. We only had 5 people and we had room for more. Of course, it would have been better to be on the water but for the cleanliness, space, and price it was perfect. The pool was great, not to refreshing since the water was pretty warm. That’s expected in July though. The playground was extremely small more for toddlers. It wasn’t that bad of location since you would drive to see things anyways. Would stay here again if we are down that way.

Great Visit

Nice home - it was plenty spacious for two adults and four children and was very clean. The home seems well taken care of and we really enjoyed our visit. The only downside is that it is close to the road, so you can hear traffic at night from the front bedroom. Luckily, our white noise machine drowned that out, so we had no problems sleeping.

Great Fishing getaway!

This house is in a great location for both fishing in Rockport and day at the beach in Port A. House is spacious and very clean.
