One Click Away @ Sandcastle Cove is a recently constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with PRIVATE heated pool. Located along 11th street within the new Sandcastle Cove development, guests of this home can easily access the beach via Sandcastle Drive which is directly across from the community.

It also is situated in an area where golf carts can drive to town and the beach. This home has an amazing outdoor entertaining space underneath with string lights, private pool, comfortable lounge furniture, weber bbq grill, a wet bar with mini fridge, outdoor shower, and half bath! Have an electric vehicle? This home provides guests a LEVEL 2 Electric Car Charging Station!

The interior of One Click Away has a great layout with combined living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room includes a large flat screen Roku smart TV and cozy sofa with chairs. The dining area has a beautiful coastal table with a built in L-shaped bench and chairs. There are matching stools along the breakfast bar for additional dining seating. Stainless appliances, a dual pod/carafe coffee maker; toaster; blender; and an arrangement of cooking accessories will make you feel at home in this kitchen.

The first guest room includes a twin over full bunk bed with an additional fold out chair and flat screen Roku Smart TV. The 2nd guest room includes a king bed and flat screen Roku Smart TV. These two rooms share a common hall bath with tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, flat screen Roku Smart TV, and its own bathroom with a walk in shower.

PLEASE NOTE: if your stay is in the winter months & plan to use the pool, this pool is heated by a heat pump meaning that it will NOT be a hot tub temp. If the air temp is above 50, the pool temp MAY heat UP TO 20 degrees warmer. Below 50 air temp, it will not feel warm. The warmer the outside air temp, the more comfortable feel of the pool water. We CANNOT guarantee a temp for the pool. MOST DAYS, with the outside air temp reaching ABOVE 60 degrees, even in the winter in Port A, the pool should heat up to ABOUT 86-87 degrees. Please understand that the pool will NEVER feel like a hot tub with the pool warmer on at its highest setting. The pool warmer can be activated when the water temp gets below 86-87 degrees which is usually mid October to mid April time frame (depending on weather/temps)

CHECK-IN PROCESS:

We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Sand Key Realty will call you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher) and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:

Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

Stays during the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) have a 3 night minimum.
Please note that rates include hotel occupancy tax.
