Great location, beach front. warm pool usually shady. Office staff friendly and helpful. Our condo 233 needs some work: the chair in the living room has loose legs and wobbles; the chairs on the balcony are rusty, the towels are old and a little scratchy. However, the important things were fine - clean, kitchen well supplied, all appliances work fine, WiFi good, beds comfortable.

The condo was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. It’s clear that the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the space, as everything from the furniture to the kitchen appliances was in great condition.The location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps away from the beach! We loved being able to walk directly to the sand and enjoy the beautiful ocean views whenever we wanted. The condo is also close to local restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made it easy to explore the area without a long drive.Overall, this is a perfect spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with easy access to the shore and nearby amenities. Highly recommend!The one negative comment is that the up stairs bedrooms were not as cool as the downstairs spaces but everything else was great.

Weekend Beach getaway - excellent choice

I needed a 2 night weekend beach getaway for myself and kids. I have been to Mustang Island and Port Aransas 50+ times since living in San Antonio. This location offered everything I was looking for. This condo located in El Constante is directly on the beach. Everything was as advertised for a rental. place was very clean, spacious for 1 adult and 2 teens, we all had our own sleeping space. You can walk right out on the beach, or drive 30 seconds to take your chair, cooler and gear. very nice pool with fountain, hot tub. and for those who enjoy fishing, the Packery channel is walking distance, We did all of this! Plenty of local options for restaurants, pizza, gas. Condo had all the kitchen items for cooking. no issues with check in, and I was even able to extend my checkout hours for reasonable fee. I will definitely plan to stay at this location again for future beach trips, much better option and cost compared the hotels nearby. most of all my kids enjoyed it, and they are ready to go back to the island.

Weekend Getaway

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from a Thursday night to Sunday morning. I have a young family and this worked great because of the cost and proximity of the beach. The condo was simple and inviting, easy to work with the kitchen space and making our own meals. Unfortunately there was dog hair everywhere. Clumps of light hair in corners and around the condo, our clothes were covered with it as well. Just showed oversight from tue cleaning crew of that specific unit.Lastly, had an altercation with vacationers on our last night (Saturday). It was after 11p and they were playing music loudly, drinking, smoking, and being disruptive by the pool which was keeping me and my family awake when this is after hours for the pool. I first called the after-hours line and waited on hold with no success after 10min. No evening security, so I went down to ask them to please keep it down and the adults got into my face calling me names and inappropriate things. Others were out on their balconies and witnessed the incident as well. One individual asked where I was staying and tried following me so I took a different route so they didn’t know which room my family was in. Once I got back to my room, I called and reported the incident to the police. Because of this incident my family and I will not be going back.we travel regularly and we loved the cost, location, and amenities, but do not need this type of altercation when trying to enjoy our vacation.

Great family vacation

Short stay but very enjoyable. Proximity to the beach was perfect for a short stay. We could spent more time at the beach and less packing the car and traveling. Pool was a nice addition when the beach got too hot. Unit had everything we needed!
