The beds and futons are outdated and do need to be replaced. The ones upstairs are not comfortable and were only slept on the first night. It is not listed and I was not told that we needed blankets for the futons (4 total) and unfortunately for my guest the first night was rough. We were not prepared and had to purchase blankets for the weekend. The pool was not cleaned well. Although, when we got there they were cleaning it. The reception for the TV was very bad the wifi would not connect. ALL the bed frames did not feel sturdy even with one person laying on the king and Queen size beds. I didn't like where the grill is located but we managed.On a positive note there is parking for 8 cars and the house is spacious. I do feel this house is over priced for the stay due to the bed accommodations. Unfortunately, I would not rent this property again simply due to the beds/futons. Where and how I sleep is my priority.

The house was spacious for our family of six, a toddler, and our doodle. The outdoor deck and pool area is where we spent most of our time when we were in the house and the proximity to the beach and local spots were our favorite part. While the house is well decorated, it can use some attention as the house was not ready to recieve guest. Starting with check in we couldn't, door locked needed batteries and to be reprogrammed while we waited. Both ceiling fans to help circulate air didn't work in the main area and from the upstairs view they were covered in dust and old. Many of the basic kitchen utensils were missing, rusted and in poor condition (can opener, wine opener, knifes, pots and pans). It rained and water came pouring through the window seal of the bedroom. If you sit on the sofa you will sink in and feel the wood. The property management also would say conflicting information depending on who you spoke with. It is also posted for sale, so if they spend some time maintaining it I think it could be worth the price.

Great property. Clean and well kept. Good pool area , great porch. Loved the huge open living area. Lots of places to hang out. All communication with owner was prompt and clear. Check in was easy property was ready to go. Loved our stay
