Amazing!

Perfect beach getaway! Loved all the extra touches and husband loved the golf courses steps from backyard! Kids rode bikes provided, swam in pool, and played on beach with toys from lending closet! Have already booked another stay!

What a time!

I absolutely loved that I felt right at home! There was nothing that was difficult to find. Easy to navigate due to the helpful instructions and guest book. My time at the beach was amazing, and the amenities were amazing. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

TEE & SEA is a MUST STAY!

Our family takes a beach trip every summer and this experience was our all time favorite! This home has everything to make you comfortable and its location on the golf course is breathtaking! The location is great, (provides private beach access, close to the pool, on the golf course), comfortable beds, large/functional kitchen and a great living space! Our 3 children absolutely loved it! We are already looking at dates to book again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!❤️

The Best Air B and B Ever! Fantastic!

Location! Steps from both pools. Beach to the front of house and golf course to the back! I loved the porch swing, the record player with great record selection, and the lending library. Kids loved the snow cone machine, ocean theme waffle maker, treasure chest full of games, and the outdoor beach toys. My husband and I enjoyed riding the bikes provided on the beach early one morning. The very best of all was having those comfortable beds at night! We have already booked our return trip!

Incredible! So beautiful!

This was such a huge blessing! The home is gorgeous. Everything was clean and so comfortable!! Best pillows I’ve ever slept on! I took a picture of the label. lol Kitchen was fully equipped. Multiple balconies to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful view from f the golf course. Beach is clean and close by. Guest services was great to set up an umbrella and chairs. Fitness center was very nice. I went every day. The resort/neighborhood was gorgeous. The homes are amazing! Very close to town with stores and restaurants. Absolutely loved this. Host family went over and beyond making this a great place to stay.

Divine Design

This condo was exuding luxury, comfort, and ease at every turn! The condo owner thought of every detail--from hooks in every closet and near each exit door to portable coolers and insulated cups for your use--and decorated the condo so beautifully, I kept thinking I was going to be on an episode of HGTV! Their thoughtful use and placement of furnishings accommodated our family --and even an evening dinner with friends--so well. They used every available inch of space in a beautiful and functional way. This lead to my ability to simply relax from the moment we walked in! Finally, as retired military family, they thoughtfully placed ready to use extras (eg.., chilled bottles of wine) that doubled as fund raisers/donations to the Fischer House for those who were so inclined.

Love Port A

Palmilla Beach was a great stay - quiet, comfortable, everything we needed. The property is still undergoing lots of construction but it was professionally done and not disruptive. Loved the Oasis pool and the food and drinks were great.

Great Port A Beach House!

This house was just perfect! It was very cozy and had EVERYTHING we needed for our 4th of July beach vacation. Plenty of bedding and extra blankets. The house was very clean, and they provided starter sets of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. I was also pleasantly surprised to find shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the showers. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and the proximity to the pools and beach!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

Great experience. Absolutely loved everything about the place. You can tell the owners go above and beyond to create a comfortable environment. They stocked the casita with games and a wine bar (donations go to a military charity) and the kids could watch just about every streaming option available in there room when they got tired of the beach. The casita is quiet but close walking distance to two large pools that have full service bars. However, I preferred to take my cocktails on the casita’s back patio while watching the sunset over the golf course. I definitely recommend Tee n Sea to anyone looking for a great, comfortable beach vacation.

Loved it!

Great location! Very comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. I particularly love the extras they have and suggested donations should you use them. It feels more like staying at a friends. The whole experience feels like being at home. The one negative is the mosquitoes can get bad outside. The owners were fantastic about trying to combat this though. They sprayed the around the whole home to try and help.

Perfect Location Perfect Vacation

Sits on a Golf Course with a view of bay from back balcony and ocean from front balcony. Large backyard that kids enjoyed flying their new drone they got for Christmas. Every detail considered. Vinyl records to play and book library. Everything I needed was in the chef's kitchen including snow cone machine and mini ocean theme waffle maker! Oh those beds were so comfy!! Lending closet had wagon to pull to the beach, beach chairs and toys to include corn hole! Honestly the best vacation I every had. This place has it all and we have already booked a return trip!

Upon arrival we had several issues we asked Vacasa to address. They constantly sent text messages advising they would have the local team reach out and resolve the issues and never did. Lovely unit!

This casita was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and had super comfortable beds. We enjoyed being able to look out at the golf course and sit on the patios. The kitchen was well appointed and TVs and fireplace and christmas tree made it very cozy. Only negative is the 10 am check out time - it is not fun to have to rush out that early on vacation, versus 11 or something more reasonable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Tee n sea

This is a nice little place. Right off the golf course and close to the pool. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds, good shower. Only complaints are about “resort” employees. Each one we dealt with other than Ross and the female bartender (don’t know how to spell her name) were pretty rude. Cabana reserving policy is ridiculous when they book the cabanas out and no one is using them the whole day. Also frustrating that the restaurants close so early on weekend and aren’t even open on Monday.

We had several things that needed repaired. Mosquitoes where horrible….. no one would do anything .

No communication with owner just management co. We complained several times about the mosquitoes and was told to go buy mosquito spray. Could not set outside or even walk to our car without getting attached. No wash clothes or kitchen cloths. BBQ pit did not work. Not a good situation for the price that is charged.
