Our neighborhood sits in the vibrant heart of Corpus Christi’s culturally diverse Central City neighborhood. This area boasts a range of attractions, including the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History, the Harbor Bridge, and the USS Lexington Museum, all within walking distance. The neighborhood is filled with unique independent stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars, offering a lively atmosphere. It’s also home to a bustling nightlife scene, featuring live music venues, clubs, and bars.
Residents enjoy easy access to public transportation and the city’s beaches, and the area is pedestrian-friendly, with numerous parks and green spaces perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll. For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.
Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

The long driveway can accomodate up to 3 cars only and all other cars will need to be parked on the street. The long driveway is reserved for our front house and is not able to be used by the guesthouse guests. Please note that both homes will be occupied during your stay and this is a shared lot with our front home being separate but there is shared back patio space.
**Pest control is routinely carried out in all units we manage, due to our coastal location and high humidity there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests. - Please let us know straight away if you spot any so we can arrange an appointment with our pest control team. - Although we make every effort to provide a pest-free environment, this is an inevitable part of life on the Texas Coast.
*Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services*
