My stay at Cinnamon Shore

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice and I will return. The only issues we had were electrical and it smelled moldy. The lights in the master kept going off and the outlets in the master bath did not work.

Stains on all the furniture, we ended up covering all the chairs and the couch with towels to feel comfortable sitting on them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely visit. Blue Heron worked great for 7 adults and 2 grands. Everything you needed. Pools were fun and beach was great. My only complaint was on the 4th of July, with the crowd for the evening festivities, the community only had 1 person for children’s face painting. My daughter and granddaughter stood in line for 2 hours. Very disappointing as it affected everyone’s plans for the evening.

It was fully stocked with everything we would want in a house including towels, washer and dryer, and kitchen tools needed for cooking. The only two downsides to consider are lack of space in queen guest rooms and proximity to live music. For us it wasn’t a problem but with little ones that might not sleep well, it was a little noisy!

We love the location and the home in general. It's perfect for our family. I noticed last year, and even more this year, that the house is not being kept up as well as it should. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th year coming to Cinnamon Shores and our 3rd year staying in The Blue Heron. We rent it with friends and it's the best! All of our kids and the adults have plenty of space, everything we need for cooking, and we love that it's next door to the pizza place and the green space with live music (which doesn't keep us awake if we go to bed). We highly recommend this place to everyone!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we had a great time, 3 out of the 5 days we were there we had to deal with technicians in and out of the house. Also had to spend time each of those days going to or calling the office because of no wi-fi and cable the first day and a breaker kept flipping off, a known of problem of 3 weeks per the first tech\electrician. the bad breaker controlled lights in a bathroom, bedroom and hall so couldn't be ignored. By day 3, the "real" electrician took 3 hrs to finally decide he should replace the breaker. We didn't think we were going to get rid of him. With teenage girls in the house this was not appreciated having all these service people in and out. A bit disappointed that CS never offered a slight refund or discount for a future stay while part of our vacation time was spent on dealing with issues with the house and having to stay in the house with our belongings while daily unknown men were in and out of the house.

One of the nicest VRBO’s!

This townhouse and it’s neighborhood was the cutest! The house was like walking into a real life pottery barn magazine. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including the kitchen. We have stayed at several vrbo’s and this has to be one of my favorites. Very close to the beach, coffee shop, etc. We will definitely be back! ❤️

The bunk room is not it’s own room - more of an area between the two bedrooms upstairs & worked great as a hangout space for kids. The two bedrooms upstairs (one queens and one king) have fantastic bathrooms and closet space. The bedroom downstairs does as well.

Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at Cinnamon Shore, with our first stay about ten years ago when the development was in its beginning stages. Our second stay was not long after that so boy was this stay an eye-opener! While the development has grown by leaps and bounds, it remains our favorite place to stay in Port A. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we love the beach set-up of chairs and umbrellas. Blue Heron TC4101 was amazing, although a little too close to the Town Center for our taste, but nonetheless, I highly recommend this rental!

The townhome advertises 3 bedrooms, but there are 2 bunk beds outside of the downstairs bedroom and 4 bunks between the upstairs bedrooms. Room for 12 people in beds! It is right next door to the pizza restaurant and near all the action. We would definitely stay here again!

The Four Seasons of Cinnamon Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are accustom to staying at the Four Seasons you will feel right at home here. This place was amazing! They spared no expense and the unit is so well thought out - from children's book collection, to adult/children board games, to stuffed toys, 6 individual children's beach bags with matching towels, oh and then there is the children's smores set. Kitchen was completely outfitted for cooking. The list goes on and on. Worth noting for colder weather stays ... the heated pool is right behind the unit AND the porch overlooks 'social circle' where all the kids play. The nice part was we could sit on our porch and our 8 year old could run around (and feel a little independent) but we still could see and hear him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
