Property next door (116 Port Royal) is under same management- perfect opportunity to rent both for a large family or friend retreat! Please message host if interested!

We do not allow month long stays during peak season (May-September). Renters must a minimum age of 23 years old.

There is a $500 fine if pet is not cleaned up after in the yard. There will will also be a $500 fine if pet hair is in the pool and has to cleaned out of skimmer.

NO street parking!!
