Welcome to the Sea of Tranquility! Once you walk into this home, you will forget all your worries and enjoy the sweet sounds of the sea. You can land right on the sofa and put your feet up and feel as though you were meant to be right here! The open concept home has everything you need to cook for your entire group and indulge in their own home cooked meals, including a built-in ice maker which makes plenty of ice to fill your coolers (including to-go bags), a touchless faucet, wine fridge and large pantry to store all your items out of sight!

This home is equipped with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 queen sized fold out couches. Every bedroom has a connected bathroom, making privacy a breeze. Premier furnishings are featured in each room, with TVs in the living area and each bedroom, plenty of lounge seating, and dining space for everyone. If you would like some quiet time, you can send the kids to watch some TV, but have them head upstairs to the extra living room! There is plenty of seating and even the couch turns into an extra bed. The patio in the back is the perfect location to enjoy a meal on the charcoal grill while listening to the ocean waves. You can connect to our heated/cooled community pool by going through the back gate. Heading upstairs after an amazing day on the beach, you will find two additional master suites—perfectly decorated and enough room to store everything you brought with you.

Your pet is welcome to make this trip with you - this home is pet friendly!

Before traveling to Port Aransas, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) The unit gets 3 assigned spots, extra vehicles cannot park in open spots. There are two guest parking spaces (one on each side of the complex), but guests spots are not guaranteed and are first come first serve basis.

2) Parking in front of the unit (in front of the gate) is prohibited, this is a fire lane that must remain clear. The spots for Sea of Tranquility are labeled with reflective paint as Unit 101

3) Trailers and large trucks are not allowed by HOA rules.

4) Towing will be strictly enforced
