Worst experience. I feel as if the people at the desk gave my room to someone else somehow, then told me they had no rooms available so I had to go to another hotel. 0 stars. How do they mess up that bad?!

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around ...

Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no.
