“Al hotel se le notan los años, pero está muy bien situado tanto para los que quieran playa (es enorme) como caminar por las dunas de Corralejo. Todas las noches hay algún espectáculo y hay una parada autobús muy cerca. Buen personal y buena comida.”

“A very enjoyable 5 nights stay. Breakfast has something to suit everyone and staff were excellent at keeping food topped-up and plates cleared. Plenty of room around the good sized hotel pool and the activities provided by staff were welcome. The hotel is clean and in good condition, with renovation clearly happening. As we were there at a quiet time, we were given a room upgrade and the room with lounge was spacious and fresh. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches close-by……

“Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in……

The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. “The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level ”
