「First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. 「Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unserer Familie und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt .Wir konnten ungestört feiern,ohne,dass sich jemand gestört gefühlt hat . Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, die recht viel befahren ist, so dass das Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern für geräuschempfindliche Mieter etwas gestört sein kann. Für uns war das kein Problem. Die Villa hat sehr viel Charme und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause, das Highlight für unsere jungen Leute war der gepflegte Swimmingpool!...

「There’s nothing bad to say. Roberta was an amazing host and very prompt to answer any of our questions. Her apartment was gorgeous with stunning views of the lake. I personally loved waking up and walking around the historic city, grabbing a cafe latte and croissant and interacting with the very friendly locals. Ferry rides out front would take you all over the lake to so many amazing other towns. I want to live here ❤️❤️and more than anything want to come back」

「We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍」
