Appartamento Zefferini is a beautiful apartment located in the historic center of the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, a medieval village of extraordinary beauty that owes its origins to the Etruscan people, of which, even today, we have testimonies throughout Cortona.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient Cortona building born from the union of apartments and period residences with lift. We are situated in the heart of the cultural and social center of the town life and a few steps away from every service but, at the same time, immersed in a calm and peaceful atmosphere that will guarantee you maximum relaxation. Perfectly detailed and elegantly furnished, this beautiful apartment is a jewel set in the center of Cortona.
Appartamento Zefferini is very spacious (130 sqm) and can accommodate up to 6 people. Furnished with materials of great charm and high quality, it embodies details that make it a unique accommodation. Spread over one level, a feature that, together with the lift, makes it suitable for those looking for maximum comfort.

Appartamento Zefferini consists of 3 double rooms, each of which is decorated in a colorful theme: the blue room has a French bed and ensuite bathroom with shower; the green room has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and features a lovely balcony overlooking the city rooftops. The third bedroom, the beige bedroom, has a double bed a bathroom with shower and a safe.
For the preparation of your favorite dishes you will have at your disposal a fully equipped modern kitchen (also with TV), distinguished by an elegant mix of design and tradition.
The apartment has a large and bright living room where you will find elegant sofas and armchairs for your moments of relaxation, dining table, Sat TV and a fireplace. Lastly the living room is characterized by a balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley and the buildings of the town.
Appartamento Zefferini has free wi-fi and all rooms have AC and heating (on consumption). Each room is characterized by ceilings with exposed light wooden beams and Tuscan terracotta flooring whilst the walls are distinguished by splendid handmade decorations which give the apartment a refined style and timeless elegance.
