  • Charming apartments situated in the historical centre of the beautiful medieval town of Cortona (with all kinds of shops). These apartments have been recently and carefully restored and offer tastefully furnished interiors. The apartments are part of a nice building enjoying extensive views over the surrounding landscape.
    Distances: Arezzo 25 km away, Perugia 50 km, Siena 60 km away.
    At guests’ disposal: TV, washing-machine and ironing facilities area provided in all of the apartments. The apartments Santo Agostino nr. 1, 2, 3 are equipped with air-conditioning. Public parking approx. 100 m away.

    1st floor: entrance, living-room with dining area and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, toaster, orange squeezer, American coffee maker), double bedroom, twin-bedded room with access to a small terrace with views over a courtyard, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. This apartment is provided with air-conditioning, a washing machine and ironing facilities and offers extensive views over the surrounding landscape up to Trasimeno Lake.

    The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit (cash), Tourist tax.

The property far exceeded our expectations. The villa was superbly located with views out over the plains below Cortona. It was spacious and easily accomodated us and our two daughters. It really really did make our stay very memorable and we would not hesitate to recommend it.
