Beautiful and charming ancient property situated in quiet and panoramic location in the hills surrounding Cortona. This property has been recently restored with its ancient architectural features preserved and converted into 8 appealing apartments, all of which offer tastefully furnished interiors that allow their guests a combination of old charm and contemporary design.
Splendid extensive views of the surrounding valleys.
From the park and from the apartments you can enjoy a magnificent view surrounding hills.
The garden well kept and maintained, has a gazebo ideal for outdoor living and al fresco dining.

At guests' disposal:
By renting the 8 apartments together it is possible to obtain an independent villa with private swimming-pool. Common room with dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 toilets.
Baby bed available free of charge. Barbecue.
The swimming pool, 14 x 7 depth 1.40 offers a splendid view over the valley. Wi-Fi internet connection available free of charge. Mosquito screens in all the units. Parking within the grounds

Wonderful garden and view, overcautious owner

We had a great week with 23 friends at Fratticciola. The garden, pool and view are great. Cortona and supermarkets are just a short drive away. There is a little winery nearby where we had a very nice and personal wine tasting. Some aspects lowered the good impression. The owner was overcautious and had a lot of strict rules which are not realistic for a house for such big groups. Some toilets smelled very bad. The dish washer didn’t work well, so we had to do most of the dishes by hand.
