Amazing. Perfect. Everything we wanted and more. Excellent hosts. Exceptional experience.
We were warmly greeted upon arrival, & promptly given a tour of the property & home. The hosts went above & beyond to be accommodating of our needs, answered all questions, & provided an excellent overall service. The home and grounds were clean & well kept. Each room was welcoming & comfortable. We enjoyed our time outside/swimming, visiting the hill-top City Cortona for food & shopping, and preparing meals as a group in the large kitchen/dining room. We planned our trip as a destination wedding, & cant enough about how fantastically the event went. Our host, Lorenzo, even surprised us with sparkling candles for our wedding cake, large paper hot-air balloon/lanterns, & even a special bottle of homemade Wine from his families private collection. The hosting family was warm, genuine, timely, professional, & an all-around joy to work with. We can not recommend them or Villa Il Palazzo more, 10 out of 10. We’ll go again, & look forward to booking a return trip. You will not be dissatisfied. Thanks to Lorenzo & Family for an absolutely unforgettable time. We will enjoy the memories made while there for a lifetime! Ciao!
