Relax in style in our newly remodeled and fully equipped 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with outdoor patio and grill as well as high speed internet. We put a lot of love in this place and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families, a group of friends as well as business travelers. It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, banks etc. and one block from the bus stop. OSU and Reser stadium are just a 7 minute drive away.

Open Floor Concept to Relax or Entertain
The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings and the cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house has both air-conditioning and heating. Depending on your preference, the heating can be controlled individually in each room.

Multi-Level Setup
Two bedrooms with one full bathroom upstairs and the 3rd bathroom and full bathroom downstairs allow for privacy when needed. The new mattresses as well as pillows have protective covers to guarantee best hygiene standards.

Bathrooms
Enjoy spa-like showers in both full bathrooms. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as fresh soft towels. You'll also find a hair dryer and first aid kit.

Kitchen & Dining
The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quality pull-out cabinets, granite countertops and ceramic cooktop is equipped with necessary cooking ware and utensils. The beautiful reclaimed wood dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

Patio with Grill & Outdoor Dining
Enjoy a nice BBQ or breakfast outdoors on our patio, which comes with gas grill and outdoor furniture with sun protection.

Guest Access
You'll be able to enter the property at any time during your stay with a code that will be provided before your arrival.

Other things to note
The place is professional cleaned prior to your stay and fresh linen and towels are provided.
The garage fits one cars. Additional parking space for 1 car is available in front of the house and street parking is also possible.

If you love nature, Martin Luther King Park with several hiking trails is a 10-15 minute walk away.

The home is located in a very nice safe feeling neighborhood. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the place was clean.There are quite a few stairs… one flight leading up to the front door, then as soon as you step inside the door there is a flight going up to the kitchen, dining, living room, and one bedroom. Then there is one more flight of stairs up to two bedrooms and a bathroom.There is only one TV, so if you’re going to hang out at the house, hopefully everyone in your party enjoys the same stuff!We probably enjoyed the back patio the most. It is right off of the kitchen/dining area and had an outdoorsy woodsy feeling, and even had deer roaming around.The garage is pretty dark and unfinished, and a little spooky and it’s not easy to find the light switch. That wouldn’t have mattered to us because we didn’t use it, but that is where they want the trash taken to when you leave.Don’t watch any Freddie Krueger movies before going down there!All in all, we were very comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

The house is recently renovated which is nice. Beds are comfortable and we liked having two couches to sit in. Kitchen was nice and well appointed. They did a nice job decorating. There are some minor recommendations to increase the rating. The house could use more lighting in the bathrooms and living area, a few more towels and blankets (we had only 6 towels for the group and without central heat the bedrooms were cold), the showers don’t drain because the tile grades away from the drain to the corners, and the hot water and cold water valves are backwards the the showers. The location was quiet and there was a good amount more f space for our group.

The property description did not specify there were three stories with stairs nor did they picture the outside of the home. People with mobility issues would not be able to access all the stairs. Things we think could be improved: a clean up around the property such as debris on the entry and backyard, faucets reversed hot and cold, first floor shower drain unattached, first floor shower head sprays in awkward directions, table surface is sticky even after wiping it. We noticed the first floor bed had the bottom rail dowels disconnected from the head board.

Quiet neighborhood and convenient location to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed seeing deer and wild turkeys pass by the windows!On our second stay the linens had been washed using a dyes and scent-free detergent, which was much appreciated.Pots and pans etc were very clean and not overloaded, in other places they just stuff so much into cabinets and they never look clean. Would recommend a glass bowl for use in the microwave.Great supplies including batteries, which came in very useful when the smoke alert went off at 12:30 in the morning due to low batteries. Suggest paper towel roll for kitchen and a box of tissues in bathrooms.Replace some of the window treatments and additional lighting in living room and this would rate an excellent rating.

The condo was in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast and watching the deer and turkeys. The kitchen was well appointed, with plenty and cooking equipment and the staples that are provided was a very nice touch. The unit is well laid out and is plenty large for a family to get together for quality time or spread out when privacy is desired. The bathrooms are both large and everything was very clean on our arrival. Being able to park in the garage was nice when there were multiple vehicles but I would not hesitate to park in the driveway either as the neighborhood and city definitely seemed safe. Overall I would recommend this for a larger family staying in Corvallis and it would be a great option for parents visiting students at the university.

We were in town for a wedding. The property was perfect location. Beds were comfortable place was clean very modern. Was nic to be able to pull into the garage. I only had one complaint and that was the window blinds out to the patio kept falling off when you open and closed them. Would stay there again.

Perfect Corvallis home

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay in this home while visiting our Oregon State student this summer. Great location. We did not lack for any ammenity. The home and each bedroom has A/C. Large table and kitchen with seating for 6. I would stay here again in the future.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood & Great for Groups

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and it worked great for three single people. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and stocked well. The outside of the house looked a bit dirty and dated, the carpet inside the home had a few stains, and the main stairwell chandelier light was out, but for the most part all was clean. The lights above the primary bathroom sink were quite dark and the mirror was very small. Adding in a larger mirror and some full length mirrors would be helpful when multiple people trying to get ready at once sharing the same bathroom. Overall, a very nice spot and neighborhood to stay in close to town.

The house was very clean and neat, but when you have handicapped people you are taking care of, you really need to have lights in all the stairs. The stair light going to the upper floor did not work. But all in all a clean and neat place.
