「Everything was clean and easy communication with owner. On last day of our stay we did have a lack of hot water in the shower I think there was a large party maybe staying in the unit above us who may have used it up. Otherwise a perfect place for us to stay and visit OSU with our daughter. 」

It has AC but is also comfortable with just windows open. 「The property was very clean and the host provided excellent communication. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 dog. The TV is a smart TV and we watched several movies. The kitchen was missing smaller saucepans, but the host plans to replace. 「The outside looks quite deceiving as the inside gives way to cozy space which was perfect for this solo traveler. Bedroom was minimalist, but lots of natural light. Tucked at the end of a street it was quiet. Breaker flipped during stay eliminating power a portion of the house, including the fridge. 「Came to Corvallis for a few days to see oregon state baseball and was so pleased with this mountain retreat! Close to town by car but serenely set up in the mountains, even had a deer visitor in the yard in the morning! Very clean and well maintained, excellent communication with host.
