We stayed for a week as a three generational family.

We stayed for a week as a three generational family. We had plenty of room. The house was immaculate and very well equipped in a lovely peaceful setting. You ned a car to access most amenities but The setting is worth it. The welcome pavk was lovely and a lot of thought has been taken in The decor and comfort for guest. Would not hesitate to recommend this cottage.

Stunning location for peace and quiet but no pub or shop within walking distance. This didn’t bother us but something to be aware of. We loved our woolly neighbours !Cottage was warm, spacious and very well equipped (they have literally thought of everything) and is very nicely furnished. We were a group of 7 friends and there was plenty of room for all. The hot tub is fantastic ! A couple of minor criticisms:1. The TV in the main lounge is far too small for the size of the room.2. We arrived during a very snowy weekend and were disappointed to see that the steep entrance to the cottage had not been cleared of snow and ice which made it quite dangerous under foot. I feel that elderly or less mobile people would have really struggled. The weather is not the owner’s fault but safe access to their property is surely their responsibility.We would however recommend this lovely property and will definitely return.
