「To whom it may concern, We booked our reservation with your agent a month ago oneline for our spring breaks trip. Not knowing your agent did not provide address of the location and office telephone for contact after we prepaid. We came from California a long road trip. We tried to contact the office by phone online but no where to be found! And also tried to text by app no one responded either! We searched an email and found the address location ONLY!!! Worrying in our mind that this is a scam...
