“I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. I talked to the individual at the front desk, and was told that all rooms of the establishment were non-smoking. There were non-smoking signs on a few rooms, but there was……

“I am trying to work with Expedia to have this property removed from their site. The pictures make it seem like it is a okay place to stay. It is not. It is filthy, it is sketchy, and at times downright scary. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to book this hotel for their stay in Temple. Not only were the floors filthy but the location also had extreme mold. There was a good size closet without any hangers. There was a kitchenette with zero supplies in case you needed a pot to cook in or a……

“Shower had terrible water pressure and the entire head was loose in the wall. The sheet on the bed had a 6” rip at the corner. The mattress pad/ protector had a 3” brown (poop?) stain. The door lock was finicky and took several tries to make work.”

“Clean room and blast cold ac, but staff was not so friendly sometimes.”

“When I checked into the hotel room, the room was completely stuffy and hot due to the ac was shut off, there was roaches in the fridge and once you open the fridge there was odor to the fridge. And the shower only had extreme hot water no cold water option”

“When I got to the hotel there was a sign up that said that the hotel was no longer accepting any online reservations. Fortunately, I chose to pay at the hotel versus paying online otherwise what I paid would not have been refunded. Fortunately, I went right down the street to a cleaner hotel and a cheaper hotel. This hotel looks as if it is on the verge of becoming a dwelling for people to live instead of a hotel”
