It’s clean but a bit run down in the bathroom, other areas are renovated. No shampoo and conditioner provided, nice if you have a dog as no pet fees. Although the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy they have bright floodlights everywhere and it seemed to be quite busy.

I want to say that we were in Waco for the weekend of Baylor graduation. There were NO open rooms anywhere and the very few I did see were at least 400 per night. We just needed a clean, safe place and that is what we got. Absolutely no frills but no musty smell and clean surroundings.

Pleasant stay for the eclipse. Just that people were smoking in non smoking rooms and not just cigarettes. But staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again

No shampoo or conditioner. Smelled of bleach upom entry. Nobody was at the desk. I had to ring the bell twice to get his attention. Overall scary place to stay. Didnt feel safe at all. I had nightmares that somebody was trying to break into my room.

Had an odd smell to it. Went into the room and our blanket was dirty. There was like a hard residue built up on most of it. I went to the front desk to ask for a new one and they said no they didn’t have extra to give and explained it was something with the dryer. I just slept using the sheet. Pretty disappointing stay but it was cheap so you get what you pay for.
