• Age: All guests must be 21 years old or older with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: There are outdoor trash cans in bear proof containers. Please do not leave any trash outside of these cans as wildlife will rummage through it.
• Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies. Please keep pets off furniture and crated if left unattended.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.
