Overall, we had a really good experience at this cabin! The kids enjoyed the big yard and the river! They played in the river every day and also had plenty of room to run and toss a football. There is a charcoal grill there and we used it for hamburgers. The hot tub was used often. The hosts are super informative, quick to answer any questions and seem to be super nice. Just a FYI- You can’t use the fire pit outside from April - September because of a burn ban. We were sad about not being able to use it as we had planned on a smores night. There were a few minor things as to why I gave it the cleanliness rating of 3 stars. There was pet hair throughout the cabin, spider webs in the corners of the house, and there were some dishes not clean. These things are easily fixed by the cleaners and even though there were those few things, we would stay here again! No other complaints!

The place was extremely nice and clean, a nice drive to Gatlinburg and other areas we visited. The only thing I would add, which isn't a criticism, but a couple things for safety. I only used the shower downstairs and found the floor could be VERY slippery when wet and soapy, but I never fell, but I did have to move around very carefully. The only other suggestion would be the little carpet at the front door was too light and was too easy to slide or slip out from under you on the wood floor. Both are minor, but could cause an injury if someone didn't pay attention and were to slip on either. Again, just pointing it out as a suggestion to fix, but not complaining in any way as the stay was very nice and fun and would definitely stay there again. Only bad thing was the time was too short and we had to leave. Thanks again for the use of the place and we hope we left it in good shape. :-)
