The upstairs bedroom is a large loft area, it has a seasonal air conditioner for your use!

Be aware: Bears and other wild animals/insects live in the Smoky Mountains. Please keep the doors to the house and your cars locked at all times.

There is a seasonal gas fireplace available for use from mid October to March.

Accidents happen! Please let me know if you break any cups or dishes so I can replace them.

There are starter amounts of amenities provided for your use.

Extra blankets and pillows are provided in the black dresser downstairs. Please feel free to explore the space.

There are outdoor security cameras on the property. Awd or 4wd is recommended in the winter months. There aren’t steep roads but it is a country road.
