“Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening. The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers. We don’t eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction. Beds we comfy, albeit……

“The staff were so helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortalbe, i.e. bed, temperature in August, and clean. The location was perfect right in the middle of Bellagio. Beautiful views, excellent dining, and great shopping.”

“We had a beautiful view from our patio overlooking amazing Lake Como. The room is small, but typical in Europe. The WiFi was very slow, sadly!”

“There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant……
