“We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Bastiani in Grosseto. The hotel is beautifully maintained and perfectly located in the historic center, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs we had. “Convenient location next to train station (which in Europe can be a plus and minus), Less than 15 minute walk to anything worth seeing in Grosetto. Very friendly staff helped with early check in. Room is quite plain and could use some updating, but was clean. Bed a bit uneven. Good wifi and tv options. ”

“Colazione varia, abbondante con prodotti eccellenti e servizio più che soddisfacente. Camera ampia, spaziosa e silenziosa, letto comodissimo e bagno altrettanto spazioso. Servizi eccellenti: dotazione per la SPA a pagamento ma una somma modesta (5€) servizio SPA eccellente. Vasca adeguatamente calda; bagno turco ottimo; sauna per i miei gusti poco calda. L'unico problema l'ascensore principale temporaneamente fuori uso, ma assistito dagli ascensori di servizio ”

“Gute Unterkunft für den Preis. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Toller Pool mit unterschiedlichen tiefen, so dass auch Kinder mit einer Größe von 1,10 m stehen konnten und bis 1,60m Tiefe ging es. Ca 25 Minuten bis zum Strand, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Man hat keinen wirklichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort und kommuniziert über WhatsApp. So war es leider auch so, dass wir zu viert angereist sind und nur zwei Stühle hatten. Leider konnten auch keine weiteren besorgt……

“The room was fabulous as was the staff. Francesca helped out at the front end suggesting great places to visit nearby. Samantha was the best! She served us breakfast with a smile every day but the one day she was off. She also served us drinks up by the pool. We loved staying here. The spa was closed for maintenance so we only were able to test it out our first day in. The pool was so beautiful but we wish it had been heated. It was very cold!”

“The balcony view was lovely, looking at the sea, good size room, with small refrigerator and comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied with pastries, bread, egg options, coffee options, yogurt and fresh fruit ”

“Très bon accueil et l’endroit est bien optimisé et arrangé. Cependant la chambre très vieillotte les porte très fine le mieux c’est d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles. Les repas et pdj dispos que à partir de 8:00 et 20:00 aucune offre sans gluten L’endroit en plein milieu des champs l’odeur qui va avec . On a pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. J’ai l’impression qu’il il n’y a pas d’ambiance. C’est pas un endroit qui me donne envie d’y retourner”
