"The room was big, hotel and room were clean. The hotel restaurant is expensive, but staff are very polite, very helpful and super kind. Room cleaners were very good, I left tips on the table and they never took it, I wonder if it's a hotel policy. Breakfast was one of a kind. I encourage people to prepay your breakfast with the room, at the hotel price per person was 20€."

"Very central. Easy walking distance of all the sites. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful even offering biscuits and water for the journey as we were leaving. Excellent buffet choice of breakfast and option to order from a menu. Being offered a snack (cake) late afternoon every day we were there and a cocktail and cheeseboard one evening were unexpected bonuses."

"Staff were the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. We checked out very early before the breakfast time started, but the reception staff was kind to bring us coffee and muffins to me and my family. Overall the rooms need a refresh because it’s dated and old. It’s a convenient location as it’s 10 min walk to the train station and Aveiro town."
