"Positives - The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. "We stayed three days and it was fine. The furnishings were basic. The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack… first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. You have to pay a 500 euro deposit and clean up and remove the dirty...

"Friendly staff, conveniently located near the main road (but not noisy), very comfortable beds, room clean and bathroom modern with good shower. WiFi was free and worked well. Breakfast was a good array of continental breads, cakes, pancakes, yogurts. Cheeses, etc. We had a very comfortable sty and would return happily."
