「The rooms were quite large and nicely appointed. There was some kind of promotional event on at the hotel and I found our service was impacted several times at the bar as clearly the staff were catering to what looked to be influencers or reviewers. 「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「The hotel was a real treat, super chill vibes and beautifully designed down to the choice of carpets. Had the best reception by Miss Emeline who welcomed guests along with the front desk staff with terrific smiles and tremendous hospitality. Super well done」
