"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world.
