“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“The location was perfect—we were able to walk from the train station. The staff was so friendly and insisted on carrying our luggage up the stairs for us. We were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants and sites. It was Christmas week and the entire community was decorated and festive—absolutely charming and delightful. The room was large, well decorated and appointed with modern amenities and extremely quiet. ”
