「Not secluded but appreciated the property location on the river. The gas station across the road was very convenient for last minute things that we forgot. The house was a great set up - everyone had their own room and space. The patio was perfect with two grills and a gorgeous setting. The barn was awesome - the kids played pool, cards, corn hole etc.」

「The house was beautiful with everything we could ever need! Seriously lots of extras that you don’t normally see in a rental. Forget your toothbrush? There’s one for you! The view was amazing and Lana was super responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We had a great stay. Excellent location for fishing Arkansas River and we did day trips to Monarch and San Dunes. Cabin is nicely located among some ranches/farms with good privacy and away from roads. Saw deer and elk from the cabin most days. Excellent place for a low-key reunion with friends. Great communication from owner and property management company.」
