House was very clean and fully stocked. We would definitely come back here again. Close to downtown and Fisherman’s Village. This was our yearly sister trip."

"The floors were not very clean, there was only a wet swifer to clean with but even after cleaning the grout was awful. There were baby hand prints on the glass, the bedroom windows were very dirty. I had to go buy window cleaner as none was available. The pool heat was not working, I was told it was on but had to argue it was not working, they sent someone out and fixed it. I did not get a refund for the day it was not working. The kitchen has bare essentials, no serving bowls, you get a few mixing bowls and a few small food storage containers. The gill is small and it was dirty. The beds were comfortable and clean. Lots of linens and pool towels. I loved the house it's self, the neighborhood was quiet. I would rent again but not at the price I paid, I expected a bit more."

"Magnificent property that includes pretty much everything you could need on vacation. The pool was refreshing and there was plenty to do if you didn’t want to swim, including biking, kayaks, and games. Property is close to many restaurants but we chose to be lazy, lounge by the pool and read. We had pizza delivered and groceries delivered to make sandwiches, which worked great to optimize fun time. The kitchen had everything needed if you choose to cook. The ice maker stayed full even with lots of use. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets are large and the main bathroom is huge. That shower is amazing!Troy, our host, was excellent communicating with us. I can’t say enough about how much we loved staying here. We plan to do it again and will recommend this property to family and friends."

"The entire house and property was exactly what we wanted AND enjoyed it all!The kitchen was completely and perfectly stocked.All bedrooms were great, BUT our master bedroom was perfectly matched for us. Loved the fact we could enter the Lani directly from it.The Lani and the pool was super!! A biggish screen TV on the Lani was a good touch AND we used it!(mostly for the pandora music)Loved the fact that there was a fridge in the Lani too :) We are "pool" people not beach so this was the perfect place for us.If anyone books the house and does not enjoy it as much as we did, it's your own fault!Thanks to the Evolve team (Tony)"
