Comfortable 40-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in a secure luxury residence—right at the slopes, Belvédère trail. Pleasant, newly renovated living area: fully equipped open kitchen, Bed Express sofa bed (140x190). Access to a spacious private terrace; gate leading outside. Bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub. Services included: Linens; beds made upon arrival; private ski locker; private covered parking space (50€/stay); pets allowed upon request. The apartment features a TV, free internet access, and board games. Lounge chairs are available to enjoy the terrace. Bath towels and bed linens provided. End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee of 60 euros. Strictly non-smoking. Entire unit + ski locker. 1 private covered parking space can be reserved for 50 euros per stay. We are available by phone for any additional inquiries. Details on how to access the accommodation will be emailed to the guest a few days before the stay. The accommodation is located in Courchevel 1650. Quiet area, close to shops, with a free shuttle to get around the resort’s various areas. Winter: Direct access from the apartment to the vast 3 Vallées ski area. Numerous activities offered by the resort (see the tourist office). Aquamotion nearby. Summer: Hiking trails start here (Lake Rosière, etc.). Free ski lifts. Cleaning fees include bed linens. A full end-of-stay cleaning must be performed by the tenant or can be billed separately at a cost of 60 euros. If the cleaning has not been done or has been done incompletely, we will hire a cleaning company, and the costs (between 90 and 150 euros) will be deducted from the security deposit.
