Modern facilities with easy access from the ferry terminal. Perfect location if you are looking for that downtown feel with easy access to local bars and restaurants. We had good communication with the hosts and their assistants. Questions were quickly answered and the booking and check in process was both friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice, clean, newer unit very well located. The ferry, many restaurants, shops, etc within a short walk. Easy to catch a cab right outside the building. Owner was very responsive to a minor internet issue.

This place is super awesome and great location! 100% safe. The pictures did not do it justice. The roof to pool at night gave a beautiful 280 deg view of the city, it was gorgeous! The hosts casa was clean, overly accommodating when we needing something! We’re already looking forward to staying there again next year!

Newer Condo

My family loved our week long stay at John and Valerie's. The hosts are quick to respond and the location is perfect. We were a few blocks from downtown and just a few steps from many delicious restaurants. The building is newer and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It does get a little loud at night in the master bedroom from the street noise, so bring some ear plugs. The rooftop pool was very nice, but the hot tub doesn't get hot. This was one of our favorite family vacations and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Central location and very clean property

Apartment is very close to center and is easy walking distance to the good restaurants. We survived Hurricane Beryl there so its definitely safe as well.

Modern apartment in the center of the town

Great experience overall renting this apartment. The property rental company went above and beyond with their communication. The actual apartment was very nice and clean. Would definitely consider staying here again. A couple of points to note. The location is very convenient for exploring the town and being close to amenities. This does mean there is significant outside noise. If noise is an issue you might want to consider a different area. Secondly, the rooftop pool was a little chilly when we stayed. Neither were a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.

Amazing

I travel a lot and stay in vrbos all over the world and i can say without hesitation that this is an excellent choice. The property itself is fantastic, location, amenities, apartment, pool, building all great. I would rate this higher if i could. Renee was excellent to communicate with, instant responses and very helpful above and beyond the scope of the rental. I usually stay a month in cozumel at a time, and usually at el cantil. This i feel is a much better option. Had one small issue while i was there and Beto the building manager was so helpful and nice. All around my wife and I really enjoyed this perfect apartment and not only recommend it, but are looking forward to our next visit.

Great unit and location

This unit is new, very clean and well appointed. It is super close to anything you need in Cozumel. We walked everywhere! The owners and host all communicate often. The beds are comfy memory foam. Loved the view from the rooftop. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we could watch Netflix in English in the unit. AC works well. You should definitely stay!

Spacious and great location

Good location (far enough from the crowds but close to everything). Apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 adults. Loved the rooftop deck with pool. Felt very safe would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for the discerning traveler

This location is perfect for the traveler who wants to experience local restaurants, nightlife, culture in the centro, and easy access to dive ships. We Dove everyday, but we did have a rental car to get us to the marina each day. I will say that parking is a little limited at the apartment building but the views and accommodations will make up for it. There is a paid parking lot just caddy corner across the street if needed. We had a two bedroom two bath that was fantastic! The balcony overlooked the centro and the rooftop pool / lounge area was fantastic! Cheers

Beautiful Property & Great Location

This condominium on the second floor is beautiful, clean and completely well stocked with anything you might need - coffee pot, iron, blender etc. It is bright and open and close to everything. After walking in town, it is a wonderful place to come “home” to. The rooftop pool is also amazing, the staff at the complex is super friendly and helpful and the owners were responsive. I wholly recommend!

perfect location in Cozumel

This lovely new condo was beautifully furnished. THe 2 bedrooms had nice bathrooms and closet with storage space. I especially liked the soft pillows! We had 2 couples and used Deep Blue Scuba Diving, whose office was only a couple of blocks away. They were great! The town with all the shops and restaurants is very close and easy to walk to. The view from the top of the condo was beautiful. There is a small roof top pool and hot tub, though the hot tub wasn't very hot. The condo has a kitchen which we really didn't use much other than to make some coffee but it had all the necessities. no large oven but did have a toaster oven. There is not a washer/dryer, which would have been nice if we were staying more than 3 days but not necessary. Laura, the manager was very nice and easy to contact. The only miscommunication I had was emailing before hand to ask if shampoo was provided and they said it was, but there was no shampoo- no big deal and easy to purchase, but I would have brought some with me if I had known. It is in a busy district so could be loud, but that didn't bother us. You may want ear plugs. I would go back and bring a larger group to scuba dive, if we could rent more of the condos in the same complex.

Good Spot Downtown with a Rooftop Pool

Property is in a good location, with a five star view. It is noisy, so be a heavy sleeper, or maybe bring ear plugs. That is the only thing that keeps it from being a five star across the board. The pool/hot tub is on the roof (7th floor). You can see all the way to Playa, and can watch the cruise ships for miles as they come and go into port.
