Great bang for the buck, happily stay there again
You get more than you pay for. Super clean and has all the essentials. The owner operator was super friendly and so is his niece. He introduced himself when I checked in which was a nice feeling and he even arranged a taxi pick up for me to the airport. Located a few blocks from the tourist area but provides a real world feel of true Mexico, which I like. I would stay there again 😊

This place is perfect!
Spent a week here with my girlfriend and we had a blast! Hosts were very accommodating and willing to answer any and all questions we had. Centrally located, very secure and safe. Arabian Tacos across the street had the BEST food and then if you wanna get under the ocean, go find Twan and SJ at the Cozumel Dive School just around the corner and they will get you sorted!

Wonderful apartment in Cozumel.
The host Cesar was great at communicating ahead of our arrival giving us clear instructions for entering the apartment. The apartment was even better than the pictures and had everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and there was a roomy closet with plenty of hangars and shelves. Little things like shelves with outlets on each side of the bed and plenty of soaps and toilet paper made our stay enjoyable. We felt very safe even though some of the properties in the area are run down it is a pretty typical Cozumel neighborhood.l The building itself that the apartment is in is a grand 3 story structure that looks kind of like a church with a beautiful long vaulted entry way. Over all we were pleased with the accomodations and the host. We felt that it was a good value for the price and we would definitely stay here again.
