Great Condo - Would Stay Again

Stayed in this condo for 5 days and was quite happy with the stay. The condo is very spacious and is stocked well with kitchen utensils and appliances. The bed was comfortable and has a nice sitting room with a balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location

This was a beautiful one bedroom condo, well appointed in a great location. Alex, the concierge was on top of every request we had. We dive and it was super convenient as our dive company picked us up from the pier directly across the street. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Exceed my expectations in every way. Was very nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher in unit. Unfortunately the staff there was doing construction on the pool halfway through my stay. However that also means that the upkeep on the property is top notch. Also the gym is still closed, I’m assuming due to Covid still. But even with those unfortunate circumstances, it was still the nicest property I have stayed at ever in Cozumel!

Good value for the money

Palmar condos are conveniently located just out of town. You will need a car but parking is very close, especially to this unit, just steps away. The condo shares a large staircase with another end unit, the only way in or out. The condo is spacious and clean. It is on the same level as the pool and over looks the tennis courts. You do have some ocean view but you kind of need to work for it. The unit is overall quite except for a drain line that runs down inside one of the walls in the bedroom. This line must serve several condos above, anytime they flush a toilet or run the water it sounds like a waterfall inside the wall. If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue. The sheets and mattress pad do not fit the mattress and constantly slip off, they are also poor quality, one sheet had a patch on it. The quality of the furnishings and linens is why I rated this condo a 4, I wish I could have rated it a 3 1/2. Others may not notice, but we did, and wanted to make others aware. We will definitely stay at Palmar again, not sure it will be this unit though. That said, if they upgraded the bedding, for the price point, this unit is a good value. Excellent location, clean and safe with friendly staff.

This is a wonderful condo in perhaps the nicest condo complex on Cozumel. I have stayed several times here and the entire experience is 10/10.
