Castillo de Arena at The Landmark is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo that is perfect for family and friends. Open floor plan. Sleeps 6 with beautiful ocean/jungle views and is steps from the ocean and The Money Bar. 3,600 total sq. feet with 2,600 square feet of interior space. Pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, BBQ and tennis courts are on site for your use.

Our family of 5 had the most amazing stay at Landmark 511- Everything from booking, to questions beforehand, to grocery delivery prior to arrival and check-in with Sandy was flawless. Condo itself is beautiful and has everything you would need - it’s also nicely located so we could admire the ocean without the Norte winds affecting us on the few days they were blowing in. The Landmark itself is perfectly located and an easy taxi ride to anywhere on the island you would want to go. But honestly the resort is so nice you may not ever want to leave!

This is a fantastic place to stay! The house was so beautiful and had all the comforts of home PLUS amazing views and living areas. We enjoyed the additional amenities of the Landmark property such as the gym, pool and hot tub, as well as the proximity to the Money Bar across the street for drinks, food and entertainment. The beach was just across the street with snorkeling. David (owner) was also very helpful in giving us guidance around operation of the ferry and pointing us to a place we could get a rental car on the island. Thank you - we will be back!

Most beautiful, three bedroom luxury

We made a last-minute change from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel and could not have been happier with our accommodations. The Landmark is a top-notch property, impeccably maintained, and quiet. Beautiful pool and hot tub. And our unit was well appointed, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The hostess was also accommodating, courteous, and unhelpful. We highly recommend this place!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at The Landmark 511. It is more beautiful than pictured if that’s possible. The grounds are beautiful-pool area is well kept and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. So convenient to have the Money Bar right across the street with wonderful snorkeling, food and staff. Lori (property manager) was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. She made us feel like family. We will definitely be back!

The property is gorgeous, great location, and spotless. The view from the terrace is fantastic! The property owner and manager were quick to respond to any of our requests. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Exactly as listed, even better than expected!

The property manager and owner were both very helpful and communicative. The condo was lovely, well furnished, and exactly as advertised. The staff of the building were all kind and helpful, the building itself was secure and very nice. The pool area was large, clean, and very comfortable. The proximity to the Money Bar was also a huge plus! We had several great meals and several great drinks there on our stay. The snorkeling steps away (directly across the street was fantastic) and the easy ride to town, additional restaurants, the airport, etc made this an overall great stay for us. It was our first family trip to MX and we had an amazing stay at the Landmark.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Everything was beautiful and Thanks to Alan and Lori we had everything we needed. The whole building is beautiful, and right next to the beach and Money Bar restaurant. The Landmark is the best!

Best place I’ve ever stayed

This property is WAY nicer than the pictures show. But, the best part of the stay was Lori, the property manager. She bends over backwards to make your entire stay stress free. We can’t say enough goods things about her and how she helped us while on vacation. The overall experience was 10 stars out of 5!!!
