Wonderful condo in Cozumel

This large condo is located in the quieter north hotel area, but is still only 10 minutes by cab to the center of Cozumel. The condo has spectacular ocean views from every room. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The common areas of the condo include a nice pool, as well as a beach area with lounge chairs, and shade from the palapas. The building has 24 hour security. I had excellent communication with Alex via WhatsApp.

Cozumel March 2024

The condo was very nice, the view was beautiful! We loved being on the north side of the island, much less touristy, and quieter. There was boat traffic out front but nothing like down by the cruise port. There is good snorkeling right at the condo!! Comfortable and quiet beech and pool. It was an older crowd, my teens were a little bummed at the slower pace. We rented a scooter and buggie for the week and loved getting out and exploring the island. Communication with the condo was EXCELLET!

Beautiful property

Our unit was clean with incredible views. It was spacious and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Pool is nice. Beach is small but nice There is a beautiful reef out front that is perfect for snorkeling. Unfortunately, there are no signs prohibiting fishing. A couple of kids were throwing fishing lines on top of the reef and near snorkelers. They left old fishing line in the water. It is sad to see tourists with no respect to our ocean. The reef will continue to be damaged if the property does not protect it. Alex at 5 Star properties was very helpful in connecting us with a chef, massage therapist and answering our questions

Nice condo for a low-key stay in Cozumel

We spent a week in Cozumel for our college-age daughter's spring break, to do a little diving and a lot of relaxing. The condo was great, if showing a few signs of wear (which are inevitable in a tropical environment and a rental, but still noticeable). It's a no-frills place, and a no-frills condo building (not luxury), but incredibly clean and the housekeepers were outstanding. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, each bedroom and the main room have air conditioners, but the one in the main room definitely can't keep up in that large of a space. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed. The property manager, Alex, was AMAZING - incredibly responsive and helpful. Our biggest hiccup was that the wifi went down for 2 days during our stay - it was a TelMex issue, not specific to the condo. I only mention that because if you are expecting to be able to work from the condo using wifi, best bring a backup (mifi or similar) as I understand this issue isn't uncommon.
