Unforgettable experience!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Eden on Cozumel. It was our first time coming to the island and rather than staying at a touristy hotel we chose to stay at a home and it really did feel like a house. Our four kids had an amazing time, snorkeling out front swimming in the pool Jenny and her staff made us beautiful meals every day with fresh fruit and fresh ingredients. There was enough room for all of us to have our own space but also be able to spend time together it was so fun seeing all the iguanas and hermit crabs crawling around the property. The vegetation was amazing all in all it was a perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend this company for any future vacations.

Beautiful house and property - only negative was construction

This is the second time we've rented this house and it has been signficantly upgraded since our last stay in 2017. The house is beautiful and the grounds are spectacular. Gorgeous waterfront and lovely pool. We loved using the kayaks and paddleboards on the ocean behind the property and we did a lot of snorkeling with the equipment we brought. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, the housekeeper and landscaper did an excellent job, and Sandra's cooking service was amazing. Great food and attentive service at a very good price. The only downside was the very loud construction happening next door, just over the property line. A new house is being built there. The crew was blaring music and using jackhammers for at least 8 hours a day on most of the days we were there. It made the pool much less fun to use. It was not as loud at the waterfront. It's the only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star review. I look forward to visiting again after construction.

Scenic and relaxing!

Villa Eden is an extremely scenic view! Children ages were 8 to 11 years old, thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as did the adults. Everyone snorkeled off of the back, property deck which was wonderful. The two chefs with Sandra’s Kitchen were sheer luxury! Minor maintenance issues were slow shower drainage. The housekeeper, Genny, kept the house immaculate. Overall, we had a fun, family vacation at a beautiful house in Cozumel!

Perfect getaway

The property is beautiful. Very relaxing. We loved having the pool and water front to ourselves. We made breakfast every morning and cooked out on the grill every other night. The rest of the time we went downtown to eat. We would definitely go back.

Seaside retreat

We were 5 couples staying at the property. Everyone enjoyed their own King Suite with balcony / patio looking on to the pool and water. The staff was fantastic, communication with the owners was easy. We enjoyed snorkeling behind the property, sunsets were incredible, the pool was great. Multiple seating spaces outside were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The main living space furniture is appealing to the eye but not comfortable at all and certainly not enough for a larger group like ours. Augustine the recommended driver was a huge contributor to our time at the property. He was always available & welcoming, reasonably priced & trustworthy (we were comfortable leaving things in the van with him), he often would wait at places while we dined or shopped, he recommended numerous places for us to go or dine and they did not disappoint. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend the property.

Amazing house with great hospitality!

The property is fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay, couldn't think of a better way to spend Thanksgiving. Our chefs Eddie and Nancy were the highlight of the vacation! Ariel the property manager met us there and did a great job explaining everything. A couple of things to note, the villa next door is very close and you share the dock so can get a bit noisy. The tile next to the house by the pool is extremely slippery and my father in law fell on the first morning and spent the rest of the vacation in the hospital. The pool crew, yard crew and maid are there most of the day so a little intrusive, but was fine. Overall it's a great place!

Spectacular ocean-front property

My wife and I stayed at Villa Eden for 3 nights in October of 2022. It was our sixth visit to Cozumel, and Villa Eden was the nicest place we have stayed by far. The ocean-front location is amazing. When we weren't on the dive boat, we were likely sitting on the ocean-front deck enjoying the incredible view. Or going for a swim in the ocean. Or sitting in the hot tub. Communication from the property managers was excellent; Ronen, Fulvio, and Genny. The house and grounds were clean and well maintained. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The AC worked great. In addition, everything was super quiet, which was really important to us (we had a poor experience at a recent *different* Cozumel lodging due to noise from partying). So - the only thing that would make us hesitate about staying at Villa Eden again is the proximity of two other properties that are suitable for large groups. The properties are essentially just a few feet away from Villa Eden. To be clear, for our stay, things were very quiet - and perhaps we are over-sensitive due to our other recent experience - but having a property just a few feet away that appears to cater to weddings, parties, etc made us fearful that a group was going to roll in any minute and destroy the Villa Eden peaceful sanctuary.

Villa Eden was heaven

I believe this property to be nicely appointed and a wonderful house to stay in for several days at a time. Gorgeous location and the pool, tub, bathrooms and kitchen great! Genny and Rosario were fantastic for cooking and cleaning. These services are wonderful. I fell in love with Cozumel because of Villa Eden. Even with several of us in the house, there was plenty of privacy when I wanted to be alone. Will be back to any one of Ronan's properties!

Brilliant!

What a wonderful house! All of the rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is well run and beautifully kept. There is air con throughout, even though we really didn't need to use it much at all. The gardens, the pool and the private dock are serene and lovely. Genny, the housekeeper is a star!!

AMAZING VILLA!!!

I booked Villa Eden to celebrate my 40th birthday with 9 of my girlfriends. I did lots of searching for the perfect place and Villa Eden was the PERFECT place. Everything was INCREDIBLE and we all had the most amazing and relaxing stay! The house is clean and looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked. We booked Genny to cook for us in addition to the daily housekeeping she does. She was so sweet and cooked us the most delicious 3 course meals. The ingredients were fresh, healthy and delicious and we all felt SO pampered. Definitely book Genny! She also bought us groceries, extra birthday cakes and even found antibiotics for one of my friends who got an eye infection. She was so helpful. The pool, grounds and dock are all lovely, well appointed and cared for. Everything was designed for rest and relaxation. We loved early mornings on the water drinking our coffee and lounging in the sun! We also booked the boat through Deluxe Private Boats (with Ronen's promo code!) and that day on the water was easily the highlight of our stay! A couple of notes: the paddle boards were broken and unusable and one kayak had a hole in it. A bit disappointing as several of us were looking forward to those. And the hot tub took a couple of nights and temperature adjustments to get it nice and hot. Overall, our stay was a 10 out of 10!!! And several of my friends are already chatting about booking the villa next year.

Cozumel Dream

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect at Villa Eden, and even more beautiful than the photos online. There were 9 of us and we fit perfectly in the rooms and around the table. Genny was an absolute master in the kitchen and prepared all of our breakfasts and dinners. We felt incredibly spoiled by her consistent and authentic food. She even catered to our gluten free, vegetarian and seafood sensitivities. The hot tub was fun in the rain, and there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the views in or out of the rain or sun. Victor was so friendly and kept the grounds beautiful. Taxi stand is just down the road. We were able to dive for five straight days. We couldn't be happier and can't wait to go back!

Best Family Vacation Ever

Villa Eden is exactly as presented. Beautiful and spacious with everything our 10 adult vacationers needed. The open living room/kitchen provided space for everyone to enjoy Villa Eden together. Genny was a wonderful organizer/,local friend., helping to organize our multiple excursions. She was easy going, friendly, and bilingual. We ordered groceries in advance and Genny had everything waiting for us on arrival. Private scuba, snorkeling, and fishing boats picked us up at the Villa dock… or a larger access within easy walking distance. We spent our afternoons in the “backyard,” although “Eden” is a more appropriate description. Access to a calm sand bottom appeared relatively unique, and the paddle board and kayak were perfect in the protected cove. Taxi service was easily arranged (vans easily carried all ten guests) and pick us up at the front door, often waiting for us at the private beaches, downtown, etc. The fares were relatively high compared to the overall inexpensive vacation in a safe, friendly, and beautiful destination. Next time, we will rent a car. We also arranged for Genny to cook 3 breakfasts and dinners. This is an opportunity that you don’t want to miss. Villa Eden was maintained in perfect condition daily by friendly, available staff. Everything was in working order. The private location is part of the Villa Eden experience. Your large group can not do better.

Perfect for Quality Time with Friends

While there were many highlights of Villa Eden, we all loved the many sitting areas around the property where you could socialize, watch the ocean and sunsets, dine and drink, have some quiet time to read or nap or to work on our tans. Communication with Fulvio was fantastic and he provided all the answers we needed before we arrived. We opted to have most of our meals prepared and Genny and her team did not disappoint, we loved everything they made for us. The house is well laid out and each of the five master bedrooms face the back and water. The house is also in a quiet area of the island but we felt very safe out on the roads and would take long walks daily, sometimes to the beach bars down the road. We really loved the fact that we could snorkel and swim right off the dock, the water is warm and clear. We highly recommend Villa Eden for groups of friends or a couple of families.

Perfection on the Sea

We had a group of friends and family with children and adults and I have to say this property has it all. The sublime view of the ocean from the house, the large swimming pool, multiple areas in the yard to hang out and the most amazing feature - the walk into the ocean. You can snorkel right from the house and sit on the deck watching the sun rise and set. This house is true perfection and the whole team was so kind and accomodating. I can't recommend this house enough.

Birthday Celebration and Relaxing in the Sun

My girls group loved our stay at Villa Eden! It’s just a truly beautiful and private property. We loved having a pool to ourselves, space to have time to ourselves and for celebrations! The roof top has sweeping views of the Caribbean and we all enjoyed floating time in the beautiful waters and adored they had a kayak and a couple paddle boards! Most precious, Ginny & Fatima! Wonderful chefs that openly welcome questions & share recipes! Can’t wait to make the Poblano soup! They also kept the house neat and clean. Fulvio was terrific at responding to any questions before & during the trip. Sandra’s kitchen provided suggested menus prior to our trip to plan from. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this wonderful property!
