  • Casa Sandy is a brand new house located just a couple of blocks from the ocean, it is also close to a supermarket, stores, a movie theater, parks, restaurants, and more! Casa Sandy is also eco-friendly and has solar panels, collects and treats rainwater; "PEACE" apartment is the ground floor unit, when "SERENITY" is on the second floor, both offer excellent amenities including high quality bedding & furniture, granite counter tops, swimming pool, parking on the premise, security cameras, interphone, as well as a washer & dryer.

Check-in was smooth. Place was clean and spacious. Drinkable water on-site, which was amazing! House located not too far from Chedraui (grocery store), so that was very convenient. Less than 5 min walk to a cute little coffee spot. Would definitely stay there again! 10/10!

We did not use the pool. The house is located in the best part of Cozumel. Very clean everywhere. We will return in a couple of months and we hope it's available!

Perfect for Ironman!!

We had a very enjoyable time at this house. The owner was very helpful with checking in and communicating before during and after. The house was clean and super close to the finish line of ironman Cozumel. It is very close to a grocery store and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Great access to the whole island, airport, and taxis. I would highly recommend staying here. It's much cleaner then I thought and was very satisfied.

Excellent home away from home to explore the friendly 🏝️ island of Cozumel... Make yourselves right at home in this quiet neighborhood next to Corpus Christi church while heading the Steeple Bells ring... All modern conveniences and so comfortably furnished... Sandra is a most gracious hostess... Both levels of the Casita are beautifully furnished... We infused ourselves into the neighborhood the next day... We will be back Sandra... My best stay on the island!

I have been visiting this beautiful island for 15 years and Sandra and Phillipe are the most welcoming and attentive people that I have ever rented from! As I was there for a month, I spent a lot of time talking with them and really enjoyed their company:) Casa Serenity is absolutely beautiful!! When I walked in, it was immaculate. I am a clean and germ freak and for the first time ever in renting a place, I knew I wasn't going to need to clean anything:) All of the amenities were as stated and I really felt comfortable and at home. The walk into town is only 20 minutes or a short 5 minute cab ride. I feel like I left with new friends in Sandra and Phillipe and booked my next stay before leaving. This is the place for me whenever I come to the island!

This place is a great deal for the price. Very clean, modern, high-end appliances and walking distance to malecon. We will not choose anything else when return next year.

Ironman heaven

I was here for Ironman Cozumel. I thought there was no way the place could be as good as advertised. It was better. It is 3 blocks from the venue, has a full kitchen, an incredible couch to stretch out and relax. The beds are comfortable and the whole place is spotless. There is a washer/dryer, which was important and a courtyard to build bikes. There was AC in the bedrooms. It was in a quiet residential area. My friend could go back and relax between my laps. I would love to stay here again when I return.

Absolutely amazing!

Sandra is an incredible hostess that has thought of everything! Immaculate and extremely comfortable place to come back to after a fun day exploring the island. A/C in all rooms and very comfortable furniture. Great location close to grocery stores and a short walk into town. Secure and gated property.

We were there for Ironman Cozumel and it was very close to the finish line. 1-1.5 mile for both ferries. Walking distance to the supermarket. The apartment was spacious and very luminous. Sandra and Philippe were easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again
